Overview
The following items must be presented to the Customer Service Agent in our store in order to establish your rental profile in order to rent from us:
- One (1) form of valid photo identification (Passport, ID Card, Driver’s License)
- One (1) valid proof of address, no older than three months (utility bill or bank statement)
- Email address & telephone number
*Please note that some rental items require a CASH deposit which is refundable when the unit is returned undamaged. *
The customer will be responsible for all expenses, loss (including loss of rental) and/or damage suffered arising from negligent use of machinery/ equipment.
Repairs must not be attempted by the Renter.
